Registration on the Personal Property and Security Register (“PPSR”) can secure goods you own but are held by a third party (e.g. goods supplied on credit) or money loaned to a third party. You cannot register an interest on the PPSR without some form of agreement with the third party (loan agreement, credit terms, terms of trade etc) which permits you to register your interest. If you have used The Small Business Lawyer to prepare your terms of trade, you will have consent to take out a registration.
The link below will take you to our booking system where you will be required to book a consultation with a lawyer and upload your documentation.
