We generally work with our clients via phone, email and zoom. However, we are available to meet our clients at our Tingalpa office or a mutually convenient location.
We aim to deliver clients with their work as soon as possible. If you are working to a tight timeframe, then we will work within that timeframe. Otherwise, expect around a week for a draft of your documents to be produced, depending on the nature of the document and our workload at the time.
Transactional work (i.e. business purchases and property transactions) will always be worked on as and where appropriate to meet any deadlines under the contract.
Whilst we do not practice in litigation, employment and other speciality areas, we have referral practitioners close by who we work closely with. Our referral partners are chosen carefully based on their skill set, reputation and alignment with our brand so you know you will always receive the same level of service you would with us.
