The Small Business Lawyer offers fixed fee pricing for drafting of a commercial lease. Generally the Landlord is responsible for producing the draft Lease based on any pre-agreed terms (which may have been agreed in a Heads of Agreement or Letter of Offer).

A commercial lease will provide for the term of the lease, security, landlord/tenant’s works, permitted use, maintenance obligations and make good obligations. We can also draft custom clauses to cover any agreement reached between the landlord and the tenant.

We offer a super fast turnaround on lease drafting along with practical advice on what should and should not be included in the lease.
