In Queensland, there are 3 types of Grant of representation which may be obtained by making an application to the Supreme Court:
- Grant of Probate;
- Grant of Letters of Administration with a will (for example, in circumstances where an executor has died or unable to act);
- Grant of Letters of Administration without a will (where the Deceased died “intestate”- without a will).
A Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration may be required to redeem estate assets.
Our team at The Small Business Lawyer can assist you with drafting the application and associated documentation to obtain a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.
