About this service

We understand that the passing of a loved one is an emotional time which can be intensified when coupled with an estate dispute. At The Small Business Lawyer we can assist you navigating the complexities of an estate dispute in a concise and sensitive manner.

An estate dispute may arise where:

a person has not been adequately provided for in the Deceased’s Will or due to the rules of intestacy (referred to as a “Family Provision Application”);
there are issues surrounding the validity of a Will. This can include non-compliance with legislation, allegations of fraud, the Will maker lacking testamentary capacity or being unduly influenced when making decisions as to their Will.
