Sean is a lawyer in our Sunshine Coast team, who’s primary focus is on small business advisory, small to medium business purchases and sales, motel purchases and sales, residential and commercial property transactions, commercial and retail leasing, Intellectual Property (Trade Marking & licencing agreements) and corporate structuring.
Having grown up on the Sunshine Coast, he is deeply committed to supporting the local business community, whether that involves guiding emerging start-ups as they enter the market or helping established businesses protect and strengthen their operations as they grow.
Sean believes that effective legal advice starts with understanding the people behind the business. By taking the time to build genuine relationships with his clients, he is able to provide tailored, strategic advice that addresses both their immediate objectives and their long-term goals.
Holding a dual degree in Law and Commerce (Accounting), and with more than five years’ experience in the legal industry, Sean brings both technical insight and commercial awareness to every matter. He approaches transactions with a practical mindset, ensuring that legal solutions align with the broader commercial realities faced by his clients.
Outside of the office, you will likely find Sean on the football field, patrolling the beach at Dicky Beach Surf Life Saving Club, in the water with a surfboard under him or any of the above with his family in tow.
